Project Description:
This project includes upgrading 180 cooling only variable air volume (VAV) terminal units to have the ability to provide heat. Upgrades would involve the replacement of boilers, distribution piping, pump arrangements, sequence of operations, ductwork, system controls, valves, ceiling removal and replacement, and installation of new air terminal units
