Project Description:
A public-private partnership to improve senior adults� overall quality of life and daily guidelines for seniors adults strengthen training, flexibility and cardiovascular, muscular endurance & conditioning-increased fitness will reduce state Medicaid institutionalization costs and help seniors to avoid injuries.
