| Project Description: |
| WestCare GulfCoast-Florida's Turning Point emergency shelter (built in 1957) and Mustard Seed Inn residential treatment facility (built in 1925) are in need of repairs that impact the quality and safety of the facilities serving more that 500 individuals annually. Facility improvements such as roof replacement, floor replacement, kitchen modernization and overall enhancements to facility safety have been regularly requested from local funding sources. Presently, the requeests have no been funded at the total needed level due to scarse funding and budget cuts at the local level. |
