Statewide Interest: |
This 30-year old wastewater pumping station is approaching its capacity limits and is not considered to be reliable. The area encompassing the collection system for this station has been experiencing rapid redevelopment. Approximately 15 new high rise structures (residential and commercial) are expected to come on line over the next five years. At that time the station will have exceeded its pumping capacity. Rehabilitation of the station will allow continued service and provide for the planned and anticipated growth over the next 20 years. |
