| Upgrading a fifty year old water plant that cannot be maintained properly due to obsolete equipment. Replacement of existing 12 inch backbone asbestos cement pipe carrying most of the City's water supply from the water plant to the elevated water tank. Installation of alarm/monitoring systme. |
