| Project Description: |
| TCCI is a community based organization devoted to teaching and serving at-risk youth. TCCI provides prevention, intervention and diversion services to children and young adult.TCCI offers year-round, after school computer and multi-media arts and entrepreneurship workshops to students. These students are drawn primarily from economically disadvantaged neighborhoods located in and around West Palm Beach. Students are referred for entry into the programs by the Palm Beach County School Board (D�s and/or F�s in two subject areas), Department of Children and Families and the Palm Beach Department of Juvenile Justice based on low academic performance and status as first time or repeat criminal offenders.

| Measurable Outcome Anticipated: |
| Total of youth worked with this past year was 11,042 in detention and non detention. Blacks averaging 70% of that number. 67% blacks in detention, 84% blacks in non-detention. The recidivism rate was 50% and TCCI�s goal is working towards cutting that number in half and eventually to zero. |
