| Project Description: |
| Construction of a regional shelter to be utilized for developmentally disabled individuals during periods of emergency evacuation. This facility will be constructed in accordance and consideration of FEMA publication 361: Design and Construction Guidance for Community Shelters, and American Red Cross Publication ARC 4496. This facility will also be utilized as a local Adult Day Training (ADT) center throughout the year for individuals with severe developmental disabilities. |
