| Project Description: |
| The existing street has no functional drainage system. Past rainy events have resulted major flooding and disaster-like conditions. The standing water takes days to recede creating a breeding ground for mosquitoes, liter and possible contamination from flooded sanitary sewer water. In addition to the extreme nuisance, this adverse condition impacts traffic safety and the economy local small business . |
