Has support of Nassau Economic Development Board, County Commission, City Commission, Port Authority, Nassau and Duval Legislative Delegations; entire community (Birthplace of Modern Shrimping Industry) will provide Wild Caught Shrimp for ALL consumers.

Commercial Shripmping Facilities (including but not limited to) dockage, unloading, processing with added value, generate biomaterial chitosan from shrimp shells. Shrimp Related businesses: Net Shops, Marine Hardware Business. Historic Educational Tourist Attraction.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Preven shrimp from being transported out of state for processing (supply local and state markets with value-added wild caught shrimp). Utilize shrimp shell waste to biomaterial chitosan, used in wastewater treatment, agriculture, cosmetics and medical applications. Create a profitable enterprise that shrimping industry as a whole becomes a vibrant business for coastal communities.
