This bill provides $485,000 for the relief of the Estate of Lazaro Rodriguez and his surviving wife and children. Mr. Rodriguez died in an automobile accident caused by the negligence of a City of Hialeah police officer.
If approved by the Governor, or allowed to become law without the Governor's signature, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.
