This bill provides $1,500,000 to the family and Estate of Victor Guerrero to compensate for injuries sustained as a result of the negligence of an employee of Pasco County involving a motor vehicle accident.
If approved by the Governor, or allowed to become law without the Governor's signature, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.
