This claim bill provides $395,000 for the relief of Roy Wright and Ashley Wright, parents of Tucker Wright, for medical malpractice committed during the birth of their son by the North Brevard County Hospital District, which operates the Parrish Medical Center.
If approved by the Governor, or allowed to become law without the Governor's signature, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.
