This bill provides $1,500,000 to Maricelly Lopez, individually and as personal representative of the Estate of Omar Mieles, to compensate for injuries and the death of Omar Mieles involving a motor vehicle accident caused by the negligence of an employee of City of North Miami.
If approved by the Governor, or allowed to become law without the Governor's signature, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.
