CS/HB 3509 provides $455,000 for the relief of Susana Castillo, as personal representative of the Estate of Andrea Castillo, to compensate the estate for the death of Andrea Castillo as a result of the negligence of an employee of the City of Hialeah.
If approved by the Governor, or allowed to become law without the Governor's signature, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.
