The bill provides $1.15 million for the relief of Angela Sanford. Ms. Sanford was the passenger in a car that was struck by a county-operated ambulance that ran a red light. As a result of the accident, Ms. Sanford is permanently disabled.
If approved by the Governor, or allowed to become law without the Governor's signature, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.
