This bill provides $5,076,543.08 for the relief of C.M.H. He suffered injuries after the Department of Children and Families placed J.W., an older, sexually aggressive child in his home.
If approved by the Governor, or allowed to become law without the Governor's signature, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.
