This bill provides $25,000 for the relief of Cathleen Smiley. Ms. Smiley was injured in a multi-vehicle accident that was caused by the negligence of the driver of a bus owned and operated by Brevard County.
If approved by the Governor, or allowed to become law without the Governor's signature, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.
