The bill provides $400,000 for relief of the Dominguez family. Darcia Dominguez died after crashing into a county tractor-trailer truck that was broken down in the left travel lane of Veterans Express Highway.
If approved by the Governor, or allowed to become law without the Governor's signature, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.
