Medical officer authorization.

Physicians who hold an active license to practice medicine in any other state or Puerto Rico, while serving as medical officers in the Florida National Guard, pursuant to federal or state orders, are expressly authorized to practice medicine on military personnel or civilians during an emergency, declared disaster, or during federal military training.
