(2) “Breach” has the same meaning as the term “breach of security” as defined in s. 501.171.
Such records shall be available to the Auditor General, the Agency for State Technology, the Cybercrime Office of the Department of Law Enforcement, and, for state agencies under the jurisdiction of the Governor, the Chief Inspector General. Such records may be made available to a local government, another state agency, or a federal agency for information technology security purposes or in furtherance of the state agency’s official duties. This exemption applies to such records held by a state agency before, on, or after the effective date of this exemption. This subparagraph is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act in accordance with s. 119.15 and shall stand repealed on October 2, 2021, unless reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the Legislature.

A. Section 71, ch. 2016-62, reenacted paragraph (2)(a) “[i]n order to implement Specific Appropriations 2834 through 2845 of the 2016-2017 General Appropriations Act.”
B. As amended by s. 27, ch. 2016-165. Section 72, ch. 2016-62, provides that “[t]he amendment to s. 282.709(2)(a), Florida Statutes, as carried forward by this act from chapter 2014-53, Laws of Florida, expires July 1, 2017, and the text of that paragraph shall revert to that in existence on June 30, 2014, except that any amendments to such text enacted other than by this act shall be preserved and continue to operate to the extent that such amendments are not dependent upon the portions of text which expire pursuant to this section.”
C. Section 66, ch. 2014-53, provides that “[i]f any other act passed during the 2014 Regular Session contains a provision that is substantively the same as a provision in this act, but that removes or is otherwise not subject to the future repeal applied to such provision by this act, the Legislature intends that the provision in the other act takes precedence and continues to operate, notwithstanding the future repeal provided by this act.” Effective July 1, 2017, paragraph (2)(a), as amended by s. 4, ch. 2014-150; s. 72, ch. 2016-62; and s. 27, ch. 2016-165, will read:
(a) The Joint Task Force on State Agency Law Enforcement Communications shall consist of the following members:
1. A representative of the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation who shall be appointed by the secretary of the department.
2. A representative of the Division of Florida Highway Patrol of the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles who shall be appointed by the executive director of the department.
3. A representative of the Department of Law Enforcement who shall be appointed by the executive director of the department.
4. A representative of the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission who shall be appointed by the executive director of the commission.
5. A representative of the Department of Corrections who shall be appointed by the secretary of the department.
6. A representative of the Division of Investigative and Forensic Services of the Department of Financial Services who shall be appointed by the Chief Financial Officer.
7. A representative of the Department of Transportation who shall be appointed by the secretary of the department.
8. A representative of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services who shall be appointed by the Commissioner of Agriculture.
