On Page: 160 This technical amendment corrects the placement of an
appropriation for the expansion of the Defuniak Springs
Spec App: 1129B Juvenile Justice Commitment facility by moving both the
appropriation and proviso language from the Non-secure
Residential Commitment Program to the Secure
Residential Commitment Program.
