Following Specific Appropriation 1139-A, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1139-A, $7,000,000 from trust
funds is provided to construct a 124 bed juvenile justice mental health
commitment facility on the grounds of G. Pierce Wood Memorial Hospital.
