Wastewater Treatment System (Monroe County).................  2,900,000

Immediately following Specific Appropriation 1748, INSERT:

Wastewater Treatment System (Monroe County).................  2,700,000

And following:

Stormwater retrofitting on Harris Chain of Lakes............  1,145,000

Insert:

Rural/Urban Stormwater Treatment (Wellington)...............    200,000
