In the first line of the seventh paragraph of proviso following Specific 
Appropriation 118 on page 21, delete

$31,000,000

And insert the following new proviso:

$36,000,000

In the second line of the second paragraph of proviso following Specific 
Appropriation 118 on page 21, recalculate the Base Student Allocation.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
