In the last line of the first paragraph of proviso following Specific
Appropriation 131B on page 28, delete
and $4,000,000 is provided for College Fast Start.
And insert the following new proviso:
$4,000,000 is provided for College Fast Start, and $1,600,000 is
provided for the 5000 Role Models of Excellence Program.
