On Page: 031             Reduces Florida School for the Deaf and Blind funding
                         for a health services contract with the University of
Spec App:  147           Florida to provide a $50,000 funding increase for
                         Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resource Centers
                         (multidisciplinary educational service centers) and a
                         $50,000 increase for Autism Centers.
