Insert before Specific Appropriation 187 after the last line of existing
proviso, a new paragraph of proviso:
3. By January 18, 2002, the results of an independent review of the
establishment of a separate branch campus of the University of South
Florida offering currently-established four year baccalaureate degrees
and graduate degrees in areas including but not limited to education,
business and engineering/computer sciences in Polk County to serve the
counties of Polk, Highlands and Hardee.
