Spec App: 202 University, in conjunction with the University of
Florida and the University of South Florida, and
reduces State University System Challenge Grants by
$1,550,000.

From the funds in specific appropriation 194 for the Florida
Agricultural and Mechanical University Program in Medical Sciences, FAMU
shall enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the University of
Florida and the University of South Florida to establish a new Program
in Medical Sciences that reflects the programmatic and budgetary aspects
of the partnership.
