Spec App: 476 Home and Community Based Services Waiver and the
Assisted Living for the Elderly Medicaid Waiver
pursuant to provisions of Chapter 216, Florida
Statutes.

Immediately following Specific Appropriation 476, INSERT:
Funds in Specific Appropriation 476 shall be used for the Home and
Community Based Services Waiver and the Assisted Living for the Elderly
Medicaid Waiver, and shall be allotted as determined by the department
pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 216, Florida Statutes.
