INSERT the following proviso following Specific Appropriation 480.

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 480, $500,000 from recurring
General Revenue shall continue to be provided for the Department of
Elder Affairs Dementia Caregivers Initiative.  This initiative continues
the contract with the University of Florida Health Science Center for a
Demential Caregivers Telehealth Pilot Project that will provide
statewide information and support hotline for caregivers of the elderly
with dementia and provides for the Stroke and Neurobehavioral
Rehabilitation Project, which focuses on prevention, treatment,
rehabilitation and community reintegration following strokes.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
