On Page: 088 This amendment inserts proviso language in the
Department of Elder Affairs that states that equal
Spec App: 480 funds shall be allocated to counties providing a
matching amount for High Risk Nutritional Program for
the Elderly.

At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific
Appropriation 480, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 480, an equal amount of funds
shall be allocated to counties providing a matching amount for a High
Risk Nutritional Program for the Elderly.
