On Page: 161 This amendment decreases funding for the statewide
Juvenile Justice Front Porch Prevention Program by
Spec App: 1234 $500,000 in order to provide for a statewide increase
in the Children in Need of Services/Families in Need of
Services (CINS/FINS) Program for substance abuse and
mental health treatment services.

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1235, $500,000 from recurring
