On Page: 284             Provides $500,000 from trust funds to the Department of
                         Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to establish a joint
Spec App: 2382           dispatch center in Leon County that consolidates law
                         enforcement radio communication operations in
                         conjunction with implementation of the State law
                         enforcement 800MHz radio system, and reduces Expenses
                         and Operating Capital Outlay by a like amount.
