On Page: 023 Conforms proviso for Teacher Recruitment and Retention
funds to current year practice that allows elementary
Spec App: 119 school ESE teachers to receive bonuses. Also changes
from August to October the deadline for payment of
bonuses to teachers.

In the fifth line of the first paragraph of proviso following Specific
Appropriation 119 on page 23 after the period, insert the following new
sentence of proviso:
These funds are provided also to full-time exceptional student education
teachers at the elementary school level.
In the last line of the third paragraph of proviso following Specific
Appropriation 119 on page 23, delete
August
and insert the following new proviso:
