content navigation system, appearing on every browser, to enable
teachers, students and administrators to transparently access

emergency alerts delivered via the Internet and access to student health
and safety information, and (c) enhanced Internet filtering and caching
that allows for greater bandwidth management while still permitting
individual teachers the ability to access the materials that they need
to fulfill their educational mission.
Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
