At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific
Appropriation 400, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 400, $7,644,579 in recurring
Tobacco Settlement Trust Funds is to be allocated to the Department of
Children and Families to increase services to persons with severe and
persistent mental illness as follows:
District 4............................1,620,465
District 7............................5,024,008
District 11...........................1,000,106
