At the end of the first paragraph of proviso following Specific
Appropriation 131A on page 28, insert the following new sentence of
proviso:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 131A, $45,000 is provided for
the School Enrichment Volunteer (SERVE) Program in Hillsborough County.
