On Page: 078             This amendment places proviso language that earmarks
                         $750,000 in recurring TANF (Temporary Assistance to
Spec App:  400           Needy Families) federal funds to Lakeside Alternatives
                         for a pilot transportation system for welfare
                         transition eligible clients in Orange and Seminole
                         Counties.

At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 400, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 400, the sum of $750,000 in
recurring TANF (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families) federal funds is
provided to Lakeside Alternatives for a pilot transportation system for
welfare transition eligible clients in Orange and Seminole Counties who
have mental
illness and substance abuse problems.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
