Spec App: 1340           Communities Crime Prevention Programs, for Neighborhood
                         Watch Resource Center operations operated by Citizens
                         Crime Watch of Miami-Dade county.

Immediately following Specific Appropriation 1340, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriations 1340, $500,000 from recurring
General Revenue is provided for the operation of the Neighborhood Watch
Resource Center to implement the Neighborhood Watch Program in
Miami-Dade county (CBIR 182).

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
