DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 1494:
Funds and positions in Specific Appropriations 1482 through 1494 for the
Office of the Secretary Program reflect the transfer of 9 positions and
$2,516,074, comprising the Florida Coastal Management function, to the
Department of Environmental Protection. This transfer is contingent
upon substantive legislation becoming law. In the event such
legislation does not become law the Executive Office of the Governor may
restore these positions and funds within the Department of Community
Affairs.
and insert in lieu thereof:
Funds and positions in Specific Appropriations 1482 through 1494 for the
Office of the Secretary Program reflect the transfer of 9 positions and
$2,516,074, comprising the Florida Coastal Management function, to the
Department of Environmental Protection. This transfer is contingent
upon Senate Bill 1064 or identical legislation becoming law. In
the event such legislation does not become law the Executive Office

Department of Community Affairs.
