moved the following amendment:

Section: 02              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 017             Provides that funding for dual enrollment for public
                         school students shall be provided through the FEFP, and
Spec App:   59           that funds shall be allocated to the employing entity. 
                         Provides that public school students receiving dual
                         enrollment instruction in a postsecondary institution
                         shall be reported by school districts for FTE funding
                         as if they were taking the equivalent course in a
                         public school.  Provides that postsecondary
                         institutions that receive funding for dual enrollment
                         students through the FEFP shall not report these
                         students for funding through the Community College
                         Program Fund or the Workforce Development Fund.

At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 59, INSERT:

Funds in Specific Appropriation 59 for dual enrollment instruction of
public school students shall be provided to the employer.  Funds for
public school students enrolled in dual enrollment courses where
instruction is provided at the postsecondary institution shall be
provided in an amount equal to the hours of instruction which would be
necessary to earn the FTE and the funding for an equivalent course if it

were taught in the school district.

Appropriation 101, INSERT:

Public school students enrolled in dual enrollment courses shall not be
reported for funding through the Community College Program Fund.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
