On Page: 003 Reduces the Class Size Reduction categorical by
$43,117,952, and increases Discretionary Lottery by
Spec App: 3B $43,117,952. Provides that $122 million from
Discretionary Lottery shall be used for the School
Recognition Program.

From the funds provided in Specific Appropriation 3B, $122,000,000,
shall be used for school recognition pursuant to Section 1008.36 Florida
Statutes.

Immediately following Specific Appropriation 3C, DELETE:
Funds in Specific Appropriation 3C are provided to implement the
requirements of CS/CS/SB 1436 and CS/SB 1646 or similar legislation.
The class size reduction allocation factor for grades pre-kindergarten
to grade 3 shall be $179.08, for grades 4 to 8 shall be $162.36, and for
grades 9 to 12 shall be $159.34. The class size reduction allocation
shall be recalculated based on FTE enrollment.
