DELETE the last full paragraph of proviso on page 19 following Specific
Appropriation 59:
No funds are provided in Specific Appropriation 59 for charter
school FTE student enrollment for on-line instruction received by
students principally in their own homes. However, charter schools may
serve students who are temporarily homebound or who receive a portion of
their instruction on-line.
Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items. |
