On Page: 022 Provides that the first priority of the Department of
Education for the use of discretionary federal funds
Spec App: 79 for professional development shall be to provide $1
million each to the Schultz Center for Teaching and
Learning and the Endeavor Academy.

Teacher Professional Development IOEA
At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific
Appropriation 79, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 79, from the Educational Aids
Trust Fund, the Department of Education shall provide as a first
priority from discretionary funds for Teacher Professional Development,
$1,000,000 to the Schultz Center for Teaching and Learning and
$1,000,000 to the Endeavor Academy.

within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items. |
