Insert a new paragraph of proviso after Specific Appropriation 535:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 535, $990,000 in recurring
General Revenue is provided for the Prescription Drug Assistance for
Rural Chronically Ill Elderly program operated by the Rural Health
Network of Monroe County.
