Section: 04 EXPLANATION:
On Page: 145 This amendment transfers $1,654,360 in unencumbered
funds received by the Correctional Privatization
Spec App: 1156 Commission (CPC) for the purpose of repairs and
maintenance of private prison facilities to the
Department of Management Services' Grants and Donations
Trust Fund for the CPC. In addition, provides for a
pay increase for Special Agents in the Florida
Department of Law Enforcement.

Immediately following Specific Appropriation 2706, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 2706, $1,091,380 in the Grants
and Donations Trust Fund is provided for the repairs and maintenance of
private prison facilities and is contingent on the transfer of funds
pursuant to section 25.
And on Page 321, after Section 24, insert:
Section 25. The Correctional Privatization Commission shall transfer
$1,654,360 million from unencumbered funds received for the purpose of
repairs and maintenance to the Grants and Donations Trust Fund in the
Department of Management Services.
