Immediately following Specific Appropriation 1637A, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1637A, $200,000 from the
Non-Mandatory Land Reclamation Trust Fund shall be provided in
accordance with the provisions of SB 1312 or a similar bill relating to
recreation planning on phosphate lands, and contingent on such bill
becoming law.  Should this bill or similar legislation fail to become
law, the sum is hereby appropriated to the Department of Environmental
Protection for the purpose of, but not limited to, funding recreation
planning on phosphate lands.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
