At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific
Appropriation 1587, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 2276 from the Water Management
Lands Trust Fund, the Southwest Florida Water Management District is
authorized to conduct a regional water supply and environmental
enhancement project to re-hydrate the Florida Aquifer in the Upper Peace
River Basin. The project will assist the Southwest Florida Water
Management District in meeting the regional needs and goals in the
Southern Water Use Cautionary Area (SWUCA).
