Section: 02              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 018             Provides additional funds for Middle School Vocational
                         Programs in the FEFP by increasing the weight for
Spec App:   81           Middle School Vocational students from 1.000 to 1.187,
                         with a corresponding reduction to the Base Student
                         Allocation.

In Section 02, on Page 19, DELETE the following:

4.  Programs for Grades 9-12
    Vocational Education........................................1.187

and INSERT:

4.  Programs for Grades 6-12
    Vocational Education........................................1.187

The increase in funding as a result of increasing the weight for Grades
6 to 8 Vocational students from 1.000 to 1.187 shall be offset by a
corresponding reduction to the Base Student Allocation.
Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
