Section: 02 EXPLANATION:
On Page: 018 Replaces the 2003 amenity adjusted Florida Price Level
Index used in the District Cost Differential of the
Spec App: 81 Florida Education Finance Program with the 2003
traditional, non-amenity adjusted Florida Price Level
Index and offsets any resulting changes in funding with
the Base Student Allocation.

In Section 02, on Page 19, at the end of the 3rd complete paragraph,
INSERT the following:
The District Cost Differential shall be based on the traditional,
non-amenity adjusted Florida Price Level Index. Any change in funding
resulting from the use of the traditional Florida Price Level Index
shall be offset by a corresponding adjustment to the Base Student
Allocation.
